Adkins is juggling with things at the moment but nothings going to happen before the summer.
Having said he took a chance playing Adams,DCL,JCR and Reed and it worked credit to him.

The point has been made (and ignored) several times, but if you had watched us regularly this season you'd know why we won't win 10 of the last games.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I didn't think we would lose at Doncaster. Given how we have been, I would have took a point, so getting all 3 was good. Bear in mind......was that only our second win of 2016? Forgive me for not being over the moon with our performances this season.

I believe in the potential of the club.
But equally, I'm sensible about what this particular set of players can achieve.

And it won't win 10 of the last games, like a fair few of us said it wouldn't make the top 2, back when you were saying we were only 2 players short of the top 2 and that true fans would believe we could achieve it.

in 1989 90 everyone remembers the last game v Leicester , yes brilliant
but we were far from convincing in a hell of a lot of games

Its not the supporters who have given up ...... quite clearly still turning up in numbers that the Club have no right to expect given the rubbish we've largely been served up for the last 5 years, the lack of ambition demonstrated by the Board and the poor quality demonstrated by many of our very average squad.

We ( the fans ) are currently paying a high price for the incompetence, lack of foresight and poor decisions made at managerial & Board level over the last 7 or 8 years.

We ( the fans ) haven't given up at all ....... we're just cynical and realistic given the current poor squad and lack of activity in the transfer market .....

I think it's also to do with our style of play. We struggle to dominate teams and seem happier when the onus is on the opposition to take the game to us.
And because we have very few options we're tactically limited. NA has tried a few different things but a lot haven't worked because of the limitations of the squad. So, we're usually quite easy to work out.

So Coventry is one. 9 more to go.

Our track record against teams below us hasn't been utterly convincing either this season so stands for nothing.

You're right, but even those seasons there was something, otherwise we wouldn't have gone up.
You cannot tell me that how we have been all season is proof that we will challenge in the play offs and even then we've never made it.

I'm just being a realist and nothing I have seen so far has convinced me we will make the play offs, let alone go and win 10 of our last games.
I hope I am proved wrong but I somehow don't think it.

Theres a lot at home who delight at getting on the teams back i changed my viewing arrangements this season because of that.

You're entitled to your opinion, as is everyone who comment on here, but surely you appreciate that someone who watches us every week has more credibility when posting about our players and style of play than someone who doesn't watch us play?
I didn't go on Saturday so if someone says DCL played crap, I can't contradict them as it wouldn't be my opinion based on what I'd seen, I'd just be recycling someone else's opinion and passing it off as my own.

We won 24 games only lost 9 games in that season don't see any comparison in comparing these periods, and as far as convincing it ended in promotion automatic by the way not scratching for 5/6 playoff spot in the third tier of football.
