Not very exciting but saw a very distinctive number plate on a Porsche Panamera on Eccy road spelling B.SHARP

Presume it was our Billy's

Sounds like it. Don't want to be picky but that definitely wasn't the plate though :)

Could have been B511 ARP (with a strategically placed screw between the ones). Or could've been BS11 ARP.

They're bloody nice though them Panamera's..

EDIT... After some quick googling, I have answered yours and my question SwissBlade

Just captured Connor Sammon in his own sponsored car pulling in for training

That car is fucking hideous!

what is the point of having a 4 door almost estate looking porshe? whoever their designer is hes on crack, they made that god awful half 4x4 pile of shite too.

They should just stick to proper sports cars

Most car manufacturers tend to have a car in every class these days. Hence the reason over the last decade we have seen BMW X5's, Audi Q7's etc. Then came the "cross-over" cars, Nissan Qashqai, Kia Sportage etc. So then BMW release the X3 and Audi the Q5. This is the reason Porsche released the Cayenne, Macan and Panamera. Otherwise they would miss out on market share.

Ferrari get around this by using Fiat. This is their "everyday range". On the flip side of this Nissan wanted to tap into the Luxury market and released their "Infiniti" cars. Toyota do this with Lexus.

One final note. If you think the Porsche Panamera is bad, look at the Aston Martin Cignet:

Anyone who buys any of these cars is a complete TWAT whos just buying them for the name. Either way the Porsches are ugly as sin, atleast the Aston has changed the shape of the car to make it work as the small car rather than just squashed a vanquish down to 4 foot long. infact this is my gripe, Porsch havent gone out and thought lets make a wicked estate car theyve just got there standard shape pulled it out rounded off the back and cut a couple of extra doors in it and gone, there you go Porsch Estate.

Apparently these cars sell at between £64K and £132K

Which one has he got? Whichever one it is, a world in which a 3rd division footballer buys cars like that is a world that is mad.

I don't know anything about United's wages but I do know a 4th division footballer, young, not a automatic first teamer and on his second professional contract who earns just shy of three grand a week. It's chuffing crazy.

It's definitely not an estate.

Ted, the small "Aston" is in fact a Toyota IQ that's been "Astonised". It's not a product of Aston's design team

Who's saying Billy bought it on his Blades wages? He's had lots of clubs, most in higher divisions. He could have bought it while at Leeds, or at least saved the money up while at better-paying clubs.

Well the photo is in the Leeds United Car-Park.

As for the design, people buy Porsches because they look like they always did and evolved. Their reserve promotes brand loyalty. The one of theirs that I dislike most is the Cayenne. Like many 4x4's it just looks like someone has got a footpump and over-inflated a Carrera. Naming it after a spice that people who watch cooking shows might think is posh just shows the target market.

A lot of cars carry on the tradition of their radiator grille shape - indeed the only thing that shows that little thing thinks its an Aston Martin is the radiator - this doesn't really matter for the rear engined Porsches but IMO makes the Bugatti Veyron look stupid and irrational.

I never tire of this one and I've posted it more than once, forgive me...there's a Stoke pub landlady, single, whose reg is 69 SUE and I've often wondered what it would have been like to meet her somewhere on a blind date......actually, it was so long ago now, it might just be her age :)

69 SUE is currently on a Mercedes SLK 2.1 (2015 Model)
Looks like she's still a go-er Trig...
