Just signed for AFC Telford. When he first signed for us I thought he'd be the player to get us out of League One. A talented player who isn't living up to his potential.

Still only 22 and now playing non-league football.

Looks like he has barely played much football since leaving us.

Usual FAF but NFB. Seen a few of em at the Lane over the years. Fast as Fuck but No Footballing Brain.

Scored one great goal but generally tossed it off with us and everyone else he's represented.

I remember the season he was with us and walking down Bramall Lane after a game. He turned the corner of Cherry Street in his top of the range open top sports car and dressed immaculately in what I can only assume were expensive clothes.....

There's the problem, they get too much before they've done anything. Hence why such talent ends up being unfulfilled. Thanks Premier League.

Good luck to him all the same. Hope he finds his way back up the divisions.

Can't think of another Blades player with his potential who has sunk so far so fast (except Ched Evans for different reasons).

I remember when we played Bristol Rovers in the cup down here a few years ago, the subs were warming up in front of the Blades and Cofie slipped off into the porta-loo at the side of the pitch to snip one off (such are the quality of the facilities at the Memorial Stadium), he got the biggest cheer of the day when he came out a few minutes later with a sheepish look on his face!!

Cambridge United?

Do you think he regrets chasing the money and going to Blackburn?
You have to question whether he really cares about playing the game. However, his crossroads will come when Cambridge ditch him.

I once saw a post that said someone had spoken to Jordan dad and he signed a 3 year contract at Blackburn on £7.5k per week.

Well that's £1.2M gross, £650k net ?

That is eyewatering. I would have given anything to play football but how would any of us react to that in your early twenties ?

I would prefer to lament that an agent has taken a lad with bags of potential and effectively ruined his career.

Normally I'd agree, but at the risk of sounding like an 'ITK' twat, I know first-hand that he hated his time at United and couldn't wait to move on to "bigger" things.

Once he'd shed the three kilo of compacted sludge, ballast and aggregate (and sweetcorn and gravel) in a ringbusting yard-and-a-half of grunting, sighing (during the 'breather rings') and a satisfactory 'thud', I bet he had half a yard more on his marker when he came on.

I heard that rather than pump that portaloo out they had to set fire to it. It burned for weeks. Big black cloud that could be seen from the International Space Station.

Big John Cofie and his exciting toilet adventures.

I hear he has a diamond tipped cigar cutter which is which can cut off fecal matter with all the tensile strength of highly tensioned, premuim quality hardened steel.

Back home from the boozer boys?

Nah. I'm out fishing. Sat in my motorhome on the bank of a south coast Palmerstonian Fort waiting for my bite alarms to go off.
