There's a constant focus on results: stats, penalties etc are all well and good but it's results that count:
- very supportive of Long (mentions in passing Silent Football where the players have to look to see what's happening - and make decisions from there - as a coach myself
I like these sorts of details) - Billy's role not changed: get the ball and score
- no loans in - may be some out
- too many professionals on the books (mentions 43)
- need a pathway from the youngsters to the first team
- might need time to break Shrewsbury down - expecting them to park the bus I think
