A doctor, an expert in colour, has just been on Radio 2 and stated that there is evidence that sports teams that play in predominantly red do better.
So that's the solution - change the shirt from predominantly white to predominantly red and we'll become predominantly average rather than predominantly shite.

We've had predominantly red shirts before. We were still shite. The Blades are always the exception to the rule.

Real Madrid must be absolutely kicking themselves!

Remember when Man Utd changed shirts at HT vs Southampton because they couldn't see each other in the grey shirts. Think they conceded 6 that day.
It was 3-0 ay half time. It was 3-1 at the end.

They conceded 6 at Southampton wearing blue in the following season

theres as strong a case for using the wrong type of sock tie ups , if you believe the ads
I blame the solid lead shin pads we seem to be wearing

I thought the grey one had old Trafford in the background of it. I must be getting them mixed up.

This doctor sounds like quite the moron.

well yes, but didn't have to bring this on ourselves like we have done here.

Hated white shorts - relegate twice in them.

White (shte) shirt is crap - and red shorts and red socks - what's happened to the " We play in the red, white and black"

End of season can't some quick enough for lots of reasons.

Maybe the club ought to consult the supporters on next year's kit? Seriously. Better use of FB than slagging off previous managers.

It's the red shorts for me. I think we've only worn red once before, just can't recall anything of note wearing red shorts. I understand the reasons for the shirt, and I sort of get why they've opted for the shorts and socks (Sheffield's red and whites with little red obviously bothered them) but the whole thing would be more palatable with black shorts.

If what I hear is correct, next seasons is a wonderful throwback, that might please a few more than this season.

Hope you have heard we are going back to Umbro
