Lets have a poll about the poll!
Some error there, as it's clearly a different kit on the tweeted graphic – our sponsor isn't on it, and the pinstripes are very visible.
stunning shirts , both our home and away
the home its sheer class , had to be really good to pull it off but was beautifully thought out as retro look at our first league shirt
what crap hated some of our shirts with a passion especially these vomit inducing stylesTo be fair BTL the home shirt could have a stream of Jizz on it, the away shirt a steaming turd and you would still be happy as a clam.

No - the sooner we get back to the proper kit the better. This home strip has not and never will be a United kit. It's a gimmick.
And don't care a toss what people on facebook think, Sheffield United play at home in red and white striped shirts and black shorts nowt else.
Its not a bad away strip though I'd prefer plain white shirt and black shorts.
Are we talking white fishnets and thigh length black boots?Spot on mate - I also prefer white stockings and black boots.
I'm looking forward to the new season's kit in 1961.........
Very good chance of this shirt being a a top seller along with the away shirt of a certain promotion season !!!!Sorry to come out of my forum retirement so early, but i've been reading and I just can't resist on this one.
This years kit is beyond idiocy. For starters, it's meant to be an anniversary kit. Anybody aware of the reason it's a year late?
It's been done without a single consideration of the history of the club.
If the board genuinely wanted to pay thought to the club's history, they would have respected the fact that 98% of it was played in the red and white stripes. A small piece of text underneath the proper badge on the proper colours would have been more than sufficient. Not an overly dramatised, long running promotional event. Not white shirts, pathetic microscopic stripes, red shorts and red socks.
How they can pass this embarrassment off as some sort of honourable gesture is quite laughable on the basis of the facts.
It's one of the worst Sheffield United shirts I have ever come across, without a shadow of a doubt.
Over reaction? You might think. I'm not entirely bothered, this kit is unacceptable.
I'm with you, best shirt we've ever had, it's a beautiful design and the old style badge makes it even better. Although I do think it should be our away shirt.the new one is just one of the best weve ever had, designed with a purpose in mind
to celebrate our history
1889 to 2015 is,126 years. So to cap it all, someone at the club can't even get that right. I wouldn't be seen dead in it and that's being diplomatic.I guess we just have to accept that in the eyes of others, our kit is quite attractive.
I remember reading an article at the beginning of the season (let me find it). Here we go! The Coventry Telelgraph ranked each kit in our league based on their own opinions, they graded us 3rd in the league behind Shrewbury and Coventry (a bit of a eurovision voting system I see), but this is what they had to say about our shirt.
"Sheffield United make the top three.
After last season's disappointing faux-Southampton Adidas template, the German giant have crafted a wonder with this predominantly white outfit.
It is used to mark the Blades' 125th anniversary, and a fitting job it does too."
So in conclusion I guess the neutrals like our kit and think it looks decent and original. Of course we won't see it this way as we love our traditional "faux Southampton" red and white stripes.
Our home kit is crap. It is popular with people who are fascinated by shiny objects and/or think United selling their best players is good business.
If you fall into either category, don't bother replying.
I like the shirt BTL, but this is clearly ballcocks. It was a kid on work experience, day one, just after his early morning sugar rush had worn offdesigned by Adidas s top designers
according to Adidas it took their top designers 3 weeks to get rightI like the shirt BTL, but this is clearly ballcocks. It was a kid on work experience, day one, just after his early morning sugar rush had worn off![]()
