Would you take a draw?

Afternoon blades. As the above title queries, would you take a draw tonight? I honestly would. A nil - nil would be a good result IMO. Burton are off to a cracking start & are not to be underestimated! Our defence are leaking goals at an alarming rate, luckily our strike force are proving that they're up to the task (so far!).

Obviously I'd much rather us win (to nil would be even better), but what do you reckon?

Absolutely. I think we will be 3 Nil up with 20 minutes to go. So a draw would be great in the circumstances......

sorry i cant bring myself to settle for a draw against burton albion as well as they have done i realy cant bring myself to do it.

I've never understood this 'would you settle for a draw..?' before they've even kicked off. What if we're 2-0 up with 5 minutes left and end up 2-2? Would you have 'settled for a draw?' Me neither.

Anyway, it's irrelevant tonight. I can't see it being a draw.

But a draw is more than acceptable away against top of the division.

All I'm saying is, we're going away to the current best team in the division. A team who have won 6 of their last 7 games (winning their last 3 in a row) & conceded only 7 goals thus far (2nd lowest in the division).

I'm not saying, let's go and defend a nil - nil, or let's go and not lose. I'm saying, before kick off... I wouldn't be upset with a point!

I would be reasonably happy with a point provided we don't play for one, if you know what I mean.

Our attack is the joint best in the league but they have a solid defence, where as ours.....

Agreed. I wouldn't go into the game set up to play for a draw, but, given the way we've played and the way Burton have played so far, a draw would be a good result.
