Not sure being there was a pre requisite for understanding that the incident took place in our own area when defending a corner.
Even a modicum of thought might have led to the contributor inferring that Alcock is highly unlikely to be invited to go and play with the "bog boys" at an attacking corner, set piece.

Besides - it's got to be open sport when someone makes a gaff as obvious as that
It's all done in good jest, since we all know we're equally as fallible.

Definitely not a penalty as when Alcock was attacked he was heading away from the exclusion zone.

However Alcock could have turned back to shoot at any moment so the threat was definately there so yes, it should have been a penalty.

The ref got that one wrong!
