The following list need to be addressed as soon as possible. Saying that, I don't think we have the quality of players to rectify problems 1, 2, or 3. And No. 4 just has to be in built. It points to the majority of our players as being both lazy and dis-interested.
- 1: Allowing the opposition so much time and room on the ball, not closing down fast enough.
- 2: Extremely sluggish build up play, nobody making runs off the ball, ball being moved at a snails pace.
- 3: Defensive frailties we're all aware of. No organisation, leadership, or direction anywhere on the field but mainly at the back.
- 4: Most of all, a lack of passion, determination and desire to play for the shirt.
