That's two weeks running that my season ticket didn't scan.
Last week I was interrogated by the steward "well you must've moved seat or something". Nope, it just didn't scan. So they let me in. Try it next game he said...
So I turned up today, tried to scan and it didn't work, so I went to 'Alan' of ticket assistance white jacket fame. Never even checked it with his pda, just sent me to the ticket office.
I said I'd go after or midweek when it was quieter and besides it was 2:58... No chance.
Awful customer service and Alan, wasn't really a good advert for the clubs customer service.
Got to the ticket office and there was a huge queue. Fortunately the steward on the door was helpful and got me and several others to the front, seems to be a bit of a problem and it's not helped by shit customer service.
If you can't buy on the gate there must be a better way than sending people to the ticket office at that time.
I'm guessing Jim won't reply to my tweet as its not a tweet blowing smoke up his or the clubs arse
