''Sheffield United hurriedly trying to sign Matty Done at Rochdale after losing out on Eoin Doyle''.

Whether this fella is legit, time will tell. But it seems so on what I've read thus far...

Presumably this would free up Murph to move up front.

isn't Done a striker? Tall? Big? scored goals this season?ef

5'10, Won't claim to know an awful lot about him but from snippets I've seen and his game against us at Bramall Lane, his preferred role is on the left wing? Possibly a two footed player too and this season has shown he can find the net.

I like murphy upfront, but I prefer him on the wing.
Plus, he's not a lone striker and he wouldn't be much physical presence for mcnulty to play off.
I don't know much about this kid but come on- it's a goal scorer we want

14 goals for Rochdale this year, seems pretty dirty too, 2 reds and 7 yellows this season.

Big fan of Matty Done, would be more than happy if this goes through.

Not a goal scorer , behave .

Knocked in double figures , when he ain't trying . Top bloke if we can get him.

Also he takes no prisoners .

UTB
Didn't see that. Was looking at his last season's stats on his Wiki page. I should know better...

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh

Interesting!!
Flew in under the radar this one!
From what I've read he's only been mentioned because of a poster on pork talk, any substance or are we grasping at straws?

Can see it having some cred as a left winger he can replace Murph. Murph wasn't given the 9 shirt by accident

I think Keith Hill moved Matty Done up front in an emergency earlier this season and he turned out to be a deadly goalscorer. No-one knew, apparently.

That's what Done said in the match day programme when we played them early in the season, he was a left back before that appatently.

MK Dons heavily interested in him at the start of this window
