How many tickets do you think we will be allocated?

Is there a required minimum or percentage for the cup?

Would like to go to this one.

To any QPR fans prying at what we are saying as i am on your forum below is my general thoughts on you

You put chris samba on a 100k a week contract, your Manager ads a bit of personality to premier league that's about it.
oh and you play in diagonal stripes this irritates me it looks like a rugby shirt without a collar.

They play in diagonal stripes?

Oh well, it'll give them a laugh I suppose...

;)

Aint QPR Chelsea reserves?
Or at least they used to be.
Nowadays they play shitty Nigerian centre backs 100k a week. The mind boggles.
Anyway we have nothing to lose. win and we again look good in cups. lose and well they were Prem anyway werent they.

Doubt I'll be going so if anyone would like to use my season ticket it will probably be available. I've got just under 30,000 points so should be fairly high up the priority list.

So MK will obtain a place in a competition they havent earned? Not even the FA are that st...... Oh.

How Chesterfield must wish they were West Ham. The rule they breached is a tiddly and stupid one but we all know they have had it, just like Legia against Celtic. Ironic that Chesterfield themselves only made the Third Round in 2008/9 when Droylsden were expelled, although to be fair Droylsden had not only played a guy who was supposed to be suspended but had also sabotaged their own floodlights when 2-0 behind in the first replay.

QPR at home would have been fun. Away not so. Not a millionaire so I doubt I'll be going.

Very happy with the draw. Pretty near me and one of my best mates is a QPR fan. How hard do you think it will be to get tickets though?

I quite like QPR, I used to play for Tufnell Park Rangers and we were proudly unbeaten in Europe. Just for the drunk who thinks they play in diagonal stripes. They play in horizontal or lateral stripes which on a football kit are always called hoops. Just like the famous rugby teams, Celtic, Flamengo and Doncaster Rovers. Though I can't think of any rugby teams who play in vertical stripes like us?

Good pubs round there too, I was there some VERY cold night when the young Crouch played for them.

Good draw, 'arry'll pick a reserve team. It'll be a walk in the park.

'Arry is a hugely overrated wideboy just like Venables before him. They share a liking for brown paper and offshore accounts too.

As for the game, we'll get absolutely and mercilessly spanked. We'll be lucky to get nil.. Our only hope will be an astonishing series of let-offs if their forwards inexplicably shoot wide of the goalposts.

due to their smallish ground ...20,000 tops they tend to inflate their ticket prices. possibly 40-60 quid i should think . Need to pay their over rated players i.e Barton ,Zamora, et al Arry wont want a replay, he`s not a lover of ``up north. Fancy a 1-1 at their end and 2-1 at BDTBL. Grunts at man city, was it 7-0 in capitol cup earlier ,more of the same i fancy ....!!!!

Jeez Ponty, I think you're confusing us with Real Madrid. Its the 3rd Rd of the Cup, against a third division side.

Although our board have been accused of losing the plot now and again, and given the fact that both clubs have to agree on pricing I can't see United saying 'Lets charge our supporter £40-60 to watch QPR a week after chrimbo'.

When they played mK Dons in Jan 2013, a club in the same division as us, the plastics got 3100 tickets at £15 Adult and £5 kids, I would expect something similiar.

Ahhhh... Loftus Road, small, pokey and in need of updating.. Possibly a little like their manager?

I have my issues with Clough, but not where the cups are concerned. He can make any cup game winnable. If QPR play a weak side, we have a great chance.

Having dealt with the cheats of West Ham in a cup game seems appropriate that we get to opportunity to get rid of the not going to pay the £54m QPR next.

Leicester round 4 anyone?

We could be the club that cleans up the cup/s.

I actually can't wait for this to surface properly in the media and as to what the FL will do about these clubs who have overspent.

All clubs have to have given the FL their "accounts" by December, so they should be in receipt of all the figures by now.

I see a court case looming on this one - Fernadez probably has no option - might as well lose another couple of million in the courts than pay up quickly or at all. No doubt Gartside of Bolton is going to stick his head above the parapet also as he tried to get a consortium of Champ clubs to go to court about 12 months ago.

Just think it will get messy - but totally in favour of telling clubs like QPR to pay up of fuck off.

strange how first tie out was last seasons cup final , funny how it falls like that

Without putting my tinfoil hat on (well, not much ;)) I watched it 'live' on BBC2. It was a 30-minute programme and there were 15 minutes left before they shut the fuck up and actually began drawing the matches. 64 balls to be drawn, discussed, the usual 'ooh's' and 'aah's' from the gathered saddos. I couldn't see how they could possibly fit it all in. Did they rehearse it earlier?

Seems they did. After the draw, Steve Bruce was on and they discussed the tie with Arsenal. 'We're at home.' said Bruce. Had he been on the pop earlier than normal? 'No, you're away.' said Chappers. Bruce's face crumpled (more than normal) and he said 'We were at home in the rehearsal' Hmm.

Watch for yourself

Warm balls, anyone? (Also, Shearer almost left one of the balls in the bag before they began.) An utter balls-up.

cant watch bbci player in spain , copyright issues

Saw a comment on their forum predicting trouble at the game. Why would there be? Not exactly deadly rivals are we?

Another accusing us of being arrogant and of living in the past. Thinking we have a small chance of beating a Premiership team when we did exactly that twice last year = arrogance. Also, I'd love to know what past we're living in, does he mean winning the FA cup in 1925?

I think we'll lose, they're very heavy favourites, but they seem upset that a League One side would even dare suggest that getting a result against them is within the realms of possibility.

Not to mention having already dispatched an apparently far superior Premier League side away from home in this season's League Cup.
