I can't - and won't disagree.

Higdon did what I expect from a centre forward and showed some fantastic composure and finishing there. Got well above his marker for the first and smashed it in for the second. So, what has happened?

I suggest he ducks out of the drugs test after the game

I've not been impressed with Higdon so far but he deserves enormous credit for two very good goals tonight. I can't see why anyone should be reluctant to acknowledge that.

There's a great belief amongst our boys that is refreshing, and even with much discussed weak areas in the team, we're looking able and competent....I think the word I was struggling for is consistency, that's what's enabling us to do well at the moment. I'm not suggesting there won't be challenging times that we'll need to confront, but I like the spirit we're showing.

Yeah i wasn't entering into the Higdon debate in anyway, i was just incredibly surprised that the defending was non existent. acceptable perhaps at other points during the game, but defending a corner in the 93rd minute, having just conceded a later equaliser, they just needed to focus.

Higdon of course did his bit and took both goals well, but the winner was amazing to see nobody near him putting in any type of challenge.

Higdon come on and put in a shift last night, he's the target man who's getting a lot of stick from the fans. His role is to bring the ball down and there should be someone feeding off of him which there wasn't last night, glad he went and got the 2 goals as anyone who was there last night could see how much he needed then and how much they meant to him.
