There are some great modern managers out there who would change the ethos of this team and actually coach the players instead of suffocating them with ineffective "system" football.

TBH, I'm not sure what PJ's exact role is!, I seem to recall when he came into the Club that I read or heard him labelled as the/a Defence Coach by someone somewhere!?
I will do a little homework on the subject and see what I come up with and will stand to be corrected should I be wrong.
I've often thought when I see our coaches all gathered round the tablet especially during a game that they must have quite an active Ebay account on the go there!!
