Tanganga is not captain material we have all seen that and all said that. He doesn't look like he even wants to be here, looks as though he signed and realised he doesnt like it and wants to go back to london, seems to have a poor attitude and looks disinterested ever since he arrived.

To me doesnt look like hes enjoying his time here and wants out.

Tanganga is not captain material and certainly not a leader. I've been very underwhelmed by his signing.

The love in on here didn't help though - one good game against us for Millwall and it was Gerrim signed pronto.

He's ok, but that's it. And he's certainly not a leader of men.

Peck or Bamford is a good shout.

Or Kitching if he lives up to early promise.

21 year old and showing true leadership where the f is Tanganga? He should be the one doing that.

Peck is a fearless young leader and as a commentator said of Peck against Blackburn he reminded him of a young Frank Lampard.

Peck has all the attributes to become a top class player in the Premier league and he will be a Premier League player next season sadly not with us which will be gutting to see as I love the lad.

He reminds me of the Morgans the Brownys the Gearys that would run through a brick wall for the club that had real passion for the club.

Peck is that kind of character, and it will be a sad day when he leaves.

Japhet knew why. Because he's at his level in the championship

At his age, he wanted to secure a big contract, probably his main career contract, but knew it'd have to be in the championship

Unfortunately for him we were the only club with serious enough interest

It was never a remotely natural fit

Jimmy Dunne should've been here instead, for far less money
