Constantly trying to make 4-4-2 happen with the slowest least effective midfield in the division, with no pace or strength upfront to offer any other option

Only capable of buying from his very select group of players that he's worked with before or been linked with

Chooses to sign nothing but injury prone, or slow past it players

Anyone with the remotest pace or athleticism isn't remotely considered - see point number 1 as to why this therefore is a particularly stupid decision

Our fitness hasn't improved at all in the time he's been here, we are dead on our feet after 75 mins

Currently bottom of both xG tables in the league but he doesn't seem overly concerned

He's risking ruining whatever legacy he had. It's like watching the last season of Game of Thrones allover again.

Mental how we looked half ok against wolves playing 532 and then he reverts to this shit. I’d never have had him back, but we’ve got such an incompetent board that I don’t trust them to replace him. Backed with a fanbase who can’t let go of someone who once did great things but is so far past it that it’s embarrassing.

I'd even accept a 4-3-3

The thing is the midfield, it's just getting sliced through like butter. Even by fucking Fleetwood 😭😭

No. The fact he struggles to string sentences together in his interviews is an unfortunate symptom of his high intelligence. Punters.
I can't wait to see his upside down smile in the interview today while he pensively thinks about the next slow unfit player he can sign in the international break

He's not thick just a very poor Football Manager.

Still not sure what I think. I've been quite adamant that he's perfect for getting us through this season but as the weeks go by, I'm going further the other way. The squad is weakened but I still believe it's much better than what we're seeing. Currently feeling this ends with fans fighting each other

That was a honking performance.
One of the worst for as long as I can think.

Only looked a threat "ish" last 15 mins.

Genuinely not sure what our plan was to score before hand. Just seemed to pass it around the back four.

Unlucky not to score with Cannon or BBD off the line. But let's be honest they hit the post twice and had a goal disallowed which may not have been.

Very very poor.

I thought he saw sense and lined up as such, only too see Arblaster on left wing wtf is that all about?

Hes embarrassing himself never mind damage to the club. Someone close to him needs to advise him its time. But hes so stubborn he wont listen.
