Was it quiet inside BDTBL today

I was watching the game on Paramount+ in the US today at 7am. Paul Walker was the commentator of the game but one thing struck me:

It seemed so quiet inside the stadium today.

Was it or was it the stream I was watching? It seemed so sterile!!!!

I thought the atmosphere was ok, Sunday at 12 is always a bit subdued.

Watched on Sky. Quiet periods. But generally alright atmosphere wise I thought not being there. Wolves fans didn't contribute much for a sellout allocation.

Was my first time sat in john street. Kop sounded ok in patches. John Street was less than quiet! I was shocked how quiet that stand is!

Wolves fans were silent until they scored. I havent heard many but worst away fans I have heard at BDTBL.

The SUTV stream tends to be quieter than Sky Sports as it seems to suppress crowd noise, probably because it’s normally radio comms matched to the video stream

Aye, I agree. I think we appreciated the good effort in the face of a superior team and responded in kind. Much more encouragement and less moaning.

Think all the energy is taken out of the fans shouting at one another before the game and half time due to the speakers on full volume, turn it down, or even off all together, no ones interested

I thought the same, except watching on viaplay Finland, it seemed awfully quiet but I did wonder if it was just the channel it was on?

Admittedly I was being shouted at by my wife to go pick some lingonberries at the same time, a rant in Finnish could make any crowd silent.

I was on the kop and the atmosphere was good tbh… enjoyed the game … they were getting behind the lads … a lot minute winner would have lifted the roof….

A tad disappointed with the floods of people who left after they scored as I felt we had an equaliser in us until RND rolled that throw in to their defender and the ref blew

Ive often found when they lay the radio sheffield commentary, over the viaplay stream, it's not as loud, I remember thinking the same for the bouncing day match.
