One can only hope!I’m amazed if Wilder is ok with this?

Probably a bit annoyed that Keith Andrews was let slip to be a success elsewhere. The board want a young coach to be a natural successor to Wilder I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Billy Sharp ends up on the coaching staff this summer.
We can't keep everybody CW might want from the glory days.I’m amazed if Wilder is ok with this?

Beat me to it.One can only hope!
It would make sense to promote Del Geary into a young coach successor role, he has been at the club 22 years now!The board want a young coach to be a natural successor to Wilder I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Billy Sharp ends up on the coaching staff this summer.
Good that the Board appear to be considering a change at coaching staff level. The problem is the lack of footballing acumen amongst Board members to make decisions of this nature. The planning involved for a natural successor would be at the top of a DOF's remit. Simply shoe horning Billy in to appease the culture carrier mentality, if true, is fraught with problems. An experienced coach tactically astute that can advise and challenge CW has to be the way forward. It cant be just a cost cutting exercise. The board want a young coach to be a natural successor to Wilder I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Billy Sharp ends up on the coaching staff this summer.
That's what Danny Hall has reportedWhy the assumption that the Board have moved him on? Might it be Knilly's decision?
That doesn't even rhyme. 1/10 must try harder. We can't keep everybody CW might want from the glory days.
If CW walks out it will save the club yet another payout and enable us to conceive of a Wilderless future ,
And if that's in the wilderness , so be it.
If CW stays and modernises his outlook , that's fine too.
We can't tread water forever as we are.
It feels like we're halfway over the lip of the abyss and nothing to avoid the drop.
Some things have to change.
CW can decide to be part of our progress , or not - it's up to him.
This window is another big fork in the road.
We've fucked up the last two.
Another fuck-up probably sees us tumbling.
