Probably just has the armband in an attempt to create the illusion of value to us in the absence of him actually being of any value

We've not exactly been overflowing with better options for the armband. "Pat" being the obvious exception but can't exactly give it him mid season without causing dressing room ructions

Don't hate it.

Hamza, Souza, Riederweld all able to cover as CB, Peck, Blaster, Riederweld, Rothwell, Souza and Hamza all able to cover in the middle. Light up top though, but I suppose we've got another season of getting Campbell fit and installing a new Operating System into Cannon.

We'd have to pray for PRIME Phillips if he's going to be a one man midfield.

My implication was that whoever is in midfield would need the WB and CAM's to move in, and support them. However, Prime Philips would be nice

Just think we need to figure out a way of getting 2 up top, while having WB's and Brooks on the pitch, without leaving us lopsided. Reality is, we'll probably go 1 up top and the CAM's will need to support and chip in A LOT with goals an assists

First priority got to be CBs. Our defence this season has been non-existent. Apart from the disastrous EPLseasons when did we ever lose so many games in a season and home games too. Shambles.

Brooks is very good defensively, and COH is obviously EVERWHERE. I suppose it could work because they'd tuck in naturally as Seriki and Burrows (who I'd personally cash in on) pused forward.
A CB could push into the middle as well when we are in position.

I'd like to see 2 up top as well mate, but without 2 wingers its going to very difficult.
