He was and is a wonderful footballer but I don’t recall him being a prolific striker for us. I also recall some on this forum suggesting he was a waste of a place because he missed so many chances.

Felt a bit sorry for Danny yesterday. Been saying why not play him from the start and take him off when he's run out of steam (that wouldn't be long), rather than use him as a sub, but when he did start he was sacrificed for another defender - so that didn't go well
