Oh no. Bye bye stripes then, solid backs every time. I appreciate that's what we have this season also. Personal Adidas favourite as in irony was when we had a Derby County kit for a home kit. That was back in 2019.Switching back to Adidas next year are we not?
What logo have they removed? I know why they do it but who are they claiming is making the kit?Anyone else seen this on dh gate?
I hope it’s not Macron, not a fan of their kits in the slightest! What logo have they removed? I know why they do it but who are they claiming is making the kit?
I cannot see that being the kit - the sleeves (cuffs) are the exact same as this season.
I had heard adidas but since heard Macron.

I hope you’re right.It's Adidas
I’ve got family at the club. They’ve known it’s adidas all season. How sure are we that its adidas ie whats the source. I had a feeling that errea became an investor so it'd be quite hard to just get rid of them
I do like their designs but the quality isnt great
Does Gemini know something we don't? Are we merging with Donny Rovers?I put the same basic prompt in to chatgpt, Gemini and grok:

I feel like chatgpt did a decent job. No idea what Gemini was thinking, but I did mention adding something unique![]()

For some reason you need to have family working at Hillsborough to be privy to our financialsDont suppose they know if theres any truth to the rumour that COH cant afford to pay prince's next installment?![]()

Lovely looking shirt from the front though.View attachment 229763
Great season but this was the norm under Adidas in terms of the lack of stripes. I support Sheffield United not Derby County

Lovely looking shirt from the front though.
Brentford had the same shirt but with a red back and I think because of the white sleeves, it looked worse than ours:

This would have been perfect:

But if they insisted on a WHITE back, Red Numbers and Red socks would have made it a bit more palatable:

To make it work with a red back, the sleeves needed to be red, but I actually think the white back looks better

So we had a choice of either looking like Derby or Fleetwood Town from behind thenLovely looking shirt from the front though.

At the very least they should be able to offer some stripes on the back, even within their reluctant approach to this. The type for their Newcastle kit this season is probably the best we could expect from Adidas.View attachment 229763

The Sunderland shirt is definitely on the right track. Amazes me every year that striped shirts are causing such problems for designers when it was resolved 40 years ago.At the very least they should be able to offer some stripes on the back, even within their reluctant approach to this. I personally quite liked the Hummel approach to full-striped back alternatives this year in their Sunderland kit – a return to the number box type of design.
