I hope it's not an anti-climax after all this interest.

Expect the diamond kit of the 90's in bright red with circles as well.

Either that or they'll be fantastic but ruined with a whacking great sponsor on the back.

That'll be fine. When I'm admiring myself in the mirror I can at least manage to put my shirt on the right way round.

Most of the time, anyway.
 
I'm putting my neck out and guessing that the away will be better than the home. Adidas haven't been very good at stripes recently. The Argentina shirt and the Hearts away shirt are great but I bet we don't get either of those templates. We'll get the brentford one.
 
I would guess it would be more to do with the shirt sponsors rather than the kit design, which, lets face it, will just be a standard template.....
 
See a tweet from Phipps and SUFC_tweets - in response to question about Sponsor and Kit - "both are still 'work in progress' - hopefully by the end of the week, although no promises"

It also says that they're stocking up with the Adidas training wear, no news on the kit except it's being worked on behind the scenes. It probably means that they're waiting to conclude the sale of Harry, then launch the new kit on the same day :)

It's always a topic for discussion but this time there's excitement added into the mix due to it being made by an actual world renowned sportswear brand and not some Italian company that sounds like a cash and carry shop.
 
On a slight tangent, it occurred to me last night watching 'The Premiership Years' what a balls-up we make when we wear a new kit at the end of the previous season.

Thinking of Wigan in the Prem, Stevenage at home in the Ched season and right back to the 96/97 play off final.

Any more?

We won the last game of the 2005/06 promotion season wearing the following year's kit, Morgs with a header, before the celebrations kicked off. But that's very much the exception.
 
The superstore is closed until saturday for `re branding`.
so i expect we`ll see it thursday.
