He’s Gone.

I do genuinely feel sorry for the bloke. He’s tried his best but it’s just not working. But a lot of my anger is against the players. They’ve pushed him under the bus with their petulant antics. He looked totally gutted last night, he does care. I wish him all the best if he’s gone.
Utter bollocks
It’s down to COH and SeLLLLLLes and no one else. That’s a top 6 squad he has there and he played a stupid formation. No one else to blame but him and the stupid board.

If Selles is sacked I assume that both he and Wilder will still be being paid by the club as both were under contract when sacked / if sacked. Makes sense for them to approach Wilder than recruit a 3rd manager having 3 on the payroll plus brand new staff would be madness. That said ive seen his name mentioned by a few on here Dave Challinor at Stockport progressive on the up manager appreciate it's a risk maybe one that could backfire??

Wilder was paid off 6 months salary

Too risky challinor, more experience needed

We need a stop gap manager before we do anything like another risky gamble manager.

Makes sense either bringing in dyche or wilder back with a view to moving up in a dof role after as some have said before.

Every man jack is playing like an utter bellend, regardless of formation. They've been pathetic.

For gods sake it’s a viewpoint. If you think it’s bollocks, fine, do you have to put it in print? If you disagree with me, totally fine but don’t treat me like a child.Treat people like you’d like to be treated,

Any manager who think Barry Cannon Brookes is a starting forward line needs sacking
This was the breaking point for me. Barry simply isn't championship standard, Cannon hasnt shown anything to suggest he actually wants to play for us, and Brooks is more miss-than-hit.

Spend 24 hours sounding out Dyche, if he’s up for it and affordable go get him

Next 48 speak to wilder and cooper, decide if you roll the dice again with a new bloke, or go safe, but swallowing pride for a multimillionaire brash Yank may be tough

1) dyche
2) cooper
3) wilder
Wouldn't take 24 hrs with dyche
Quick call to his agent short conversation move on to number two

I sort of agree, however.....

He couldn't play Ogbene, so Brooks was next choice at RW.

Barrie and One were the choices for LW and only one is a specialist winger.

Campbell has been strutting around with a face like a slapped arse, so it was One or Cannon at CF.

It was benching Hamer and making Peck captain that I found more bizarre.

Dyche still thinks he can get a job in the PL….the West Ham job should soon be available.
We’d need to offer him a massive salary….a salary we probably can’t afford.

Makes me wonder what the contract situation was with Wilder.
Instead of negotiating a termination….its more common that managers are put on gardening leave…..so they continue to receive their monthly salary.

Is it simply a case of ending Wilders gardening leave and ordering him to return to work as per his contract.
If he refuses then it’s a reach of contract and we can end payments saving money.

Surely if you employ someone else then it's constructive dismissal and a clear breach of contract by employer

Yes read this too and apparently one of the reasons he is being considered
Logic suggests if it is a substantial amount, I've been told it is, the owners would consider him as an option to offset costs. That doesn't mean to say he will be coming back as there are other factors to consider not least whether he can fit into the owners template and possibly work under a DOF.

The cult of Chris have got carried away today at the inference talks are being held. There is a lot of water to flow under the bridge before the decision is made to bring him back. Its been inferred the Board were split over his dismissal with the group of six wanting him out due to his behaviour at Plymouth. This could lead to differences of opinion that drag the process out. The way to solve this is get the DOF in now. If Selles goes I'd be surprised if a replacement is brought in immediately again.

Assuming it's true, I wonder who's in charge of the selection process for his replacement?
No one.
Haven't you heard of Ai ?

You can sit on your arse in total ignorance
in any country of the world
and buy a business in any other country of the world
with no relevant knowledge or experience
because Ai will do it all for you

and you may well break the world speed record for fucking it up
