I think he is coming to play right back and all the signs point that way.

I know people moan about loans (me included) but while expensive with his recent history it at least gives us an out if he can’t play / get fit.

Only concern I have with loans is we are not developing Seriki if he goes in at RB.

Personally I think Seriki may, in the right system, be better in an advanced role than Brooks.......might be the plan?

that could well be the plan i suggested same on another thread seriki is so dangerous high up the pitch but very suspect at the back add to that the fact that he would be able to get early crosses in to the box with his right foot as opposed to brooks constantly coming back inside on his left and 9 times out of 10 passing backwards

Not sure if it’s been mentioned as I’ve not gone back through I’m quite in tune with goings on at Atalanta and Gasperini never wanted Godfrey, he was a DOF signing and Gasperini is as stubborn as they get he requested him to be transferred within weeks of him arriving and said he wouldn’t play him.

A lot of his missed game time is really down the a stubborn old man rather than lack of ability..there were games they were so low on numbers he was playing CMs in defence rather than play Godfrey.

With regards to Ipswich his time at Ipswich I know nothing likely lacks the PL quality reckon he will be great in the Chanps though

Hopefully this gets done in time for him to play tomorrow, but it doesn't solve our most pressing issue in that one of RND or Dovy will once again be playing at Centre Back in a championship game of football

My guess on winger is Ramazani, surplus at leeds, we had tenuous links and rumours their side about it earlier in the window. Would be a good option for RW/LW In my opinion.

Agreed - it feels we take longer than any other club. Look at Anel & Kieffer Moore - sold, announced, playing within days!
