No alarm bells about tonight’s match so far, we’re up against a Birmingham team with vastly more experience.

Davies
Curtis
Sasnauskas
McCallum
Marsh
One
Ukaki full debut looking half decent in spells
Soumare debut looking very tidy

Surely people weren’t expecting much more.

Over to COH, it’s obvious where we’re at.

If this is our squad 'depth' we are in serious trouble. There are three or four players out there that are embarrassing themselves.

This isn't the start of the season I expected at all.

Do something United!

utb

I think we all knew the squad depth wasn’t good enough and tonight has confirmed that the likes of Marsh and Sasnauska aren’t going to step up this season.

Important few weeks in the transfer window to go

The scary thing here is that even if we get a couple more signings in, 3 of these players are part of our best 11, and most of the rest will have to play a big part this season.

For god's sake he's a young lad still learning the game, jeez!!

Come off it, he's a professional footballer

Making a short pass back is something under 16s can do consistently, especially at academy/professional level. It's not like he's being pressured by a big crowd either.

We knew Curtis wasn't good enough before he kicked a ball. Couldn't get int Peterboroughs side.

I've always thought Marsh runs and plays like he's got 5 working days on the ball.

Dovy, needs a loan.

Soumare, very good. Cannon done well with what he's had. O'Hare, top class.
He played plenty of games for Peterborough. At one stage the back 4 were 18 19 20 21.
Ferguson wasn't happy and didn't settle on any of the.

One thing that Curtis has is he can defend. He is positionally sound and communicates with those around him. His passing and decision making on the ball is poor and very poor tonight. He needs games.

Refreshing mate compared to the majority of social media comments I've read so far from 'Blades'

Is Robinson 12?

Obviously trying to throw Selles under the bus
