Just had to go onto the Nike website and check... I have some big issues here with Nike...

They've released two new England kits - a red and a white. They used to release in alternate years meaning the red was always the new tournament kit.
Second, why have they launched it now? The past few years Umbro, quite rightly launched the new kit on St George's day

Absolutely spot on - I'll wager it costs Nike about $3.50 per unit for materials and manufacturing then they cost in the shipping for another $2 leaving a whacking great mark up. Then some spivvy cnut with more credit than sense gets the thing to show off how Ingerland they are. TWATS the lot of them
