I doubt he's done as a manager.I checked the Leicester forums recently. At that point, in amongst all the options then, 66% were in favour of Rohl, 1.12% for CW.
No doubt he'll continue to look for his next job, but maybe it's time to sit back, reflect on having had the best job any Blade could have, twice, and enjoy what's left of his life?

Hes not getting the Leicester job.I doubt he's done as a manager.
The fact he's in the running for the Leicester job speaks that.
If he doesn't get the Leicester job, he will turn up somewhere in the championship later in the season.
If it went tits up for Selles I'd say back here. But whilst he apparently said "doors always open". They will not want to do that so quickly. If we did do poorly this coming season it would be interesting as to how much leniency they'd give this new "setup".
Obviously I want us to do well so fingers crossed Selles storms the league with us. (Or finish 2nd, we like 2nd)
Cifuentes getting it but Wilder was very much in the running but seemingly just missed out in the end.Hes not getting the Leicester job.
What campaign is this?bit trickier when he's sacked and there's a campaign against the club from his supporters. Players probably think better to stay out of this.
I don’t think it’s a binary as everyone pro-wilder is anti-Selles but if you don’t think there is a very active, very vocal set of fans that are still furious about Wilders sacking then I think you’re deliberately being obtuse. You can’t move on X/Facebook for the wailing and moaning about it.What campaign is this?
Every supporter I know who didn't agree with Wilder's sacking is right behind Selles, because they support the club over any individual employee.
Suppose it depends who you follow.I don’t think it’s a binary as everyone pro-wilder is anti-Selles but if you don’t think there is a very active, very vocal set of fans that are still furious about Wilders sacking then I think you’re deliberately being obtuse. Stocksbridge PS. Obviously he could do better but he may be able to relax and enjoy himself there.Think Wilder would be better looking for another "project" club. Lower league but with some backing (Like Wrexham and B'Ham)
Become part of the community, bring everyone together and a bit of money to spend - if Salford ever push the boat out that could work.
If you sack one of your best ever managers you have to expect that there will be a lot of supporters who will be angry about it. They have every right to feel that way.I don’t think it’s a binary as everyone pro-wilder is anti-Selles but if you don’t think there is a very active, very vocal set of fans that are still furious about Wilders sacking then I think you’re deliberately being obtuse. I agree, but people don't think that anyone can disagree with his sacking and still be behind whoever is in charge. If you sack one of your best ever managers you have to expect that there will be a lot of supporters who will be angry about it. They have every right to feel that way.
I'm a fully paid up member of the Wilder fan club. 99% of the time hes brought up on here now is by people saying there's folk who still can't get over him

Selles has done nothing wrong, and all Blades fans want us to do well.
They have a bright young manager who has just got them promoted through the playoffs. No need for them to change. Maybe Sheffield FC? Not far from where he lives.Stocksbridge PS. Obviously he could do better but he may be able to relax and enjoy himself there.
Thought he lived in Crosspool...near to Hallam FC.They have a bright young manager who has just got them promoted through the playoffs. No need for them to change. Maybe Sheffield FC? Not far from where he lives.
Wilder used to live on one of the Stumperlowes but he sold up when he left first time around. I'd be amazed if he's not in S17 these days.Thought he lived in Crosspool...near to Hallam FC.
Maybe not non-league but he may be better-suited to a lower league club where there's no expectation of instant success.
Back here for a third spell?I doubt he's done as a manager.
