Season Ticket update notifications

All advertisments are hidden for logged in members, why not log in/register?

Is anybody else getting multiple notications that their season ticket has been updated? I’ve had loads of update notifications through yesterday evening/night and another couple this morning. The actual ticket still seems ok as it has Bristol City as the next match but I’m guessing there’s some kind of tech issue going on.

Yes, my apple wallet disabled automated updates as it was spamming all yesterday.
 
I thought they were maybe adding each match individually, but I’m sure I’ve had more than 23 notifications
 
I’m new to this and would appreciate some advice using Google wallet.

I have my season ticket loaded but no next match details, I connect to the internet and the wallet immediately updates with the next match.

So the wallet updates automatically for every match but I need an internet connection for that, but at the ground I don’t need an internet connection, just NFC turned on.

Is that right?

I have my season ticket on an android phone. Since the Bristol game was loaded it hasn't changed. Re Google wallet - for some reason it has decided to ask for my Google pin number this morning before I can open it - can't remember that happening previously.
 
From what I understand - last season they updated the ticket after every game for the next match. This time they're trying to load them all in bulk - hence the multiple notifications. Would've helped if they told us they were doing this

I was getting the same - I think it’s because you’ve not removed the old 24/25 season ticket. Do this then go to tickets.SUFC.co.uk and download the 25/26 season ticket. Should be fine.

In response to others, mine was also showing “Expired” on my Bristol C ticket; removing and downloading the 25/26 Season Ticket has fixed this also.

I don't connect to the Internet at the ground, if your season ticket is in your wallet, just press on it and it will open, then press show code and scan this at turnstile, all done, you're in, good luck

I must have also had at least 20 updates.
Then I received a message saying the constant updates are affecting my battery life and it suggested I turn off “auto updates”, which I did.

Apparently SUFC sent out an email in June with instructions regards what to do regards the 25/26 season tickets, it says you have to remove your old 24/25 season ticket.
 
I removed my old pass before downloading the new one so it’s not that
 
We didn’t have season tickets last season so we’ve not had digital tickets before, so I’ve got a query if anyone can help.

So I’ve been able to download mine to my apple wallet as has my eldest lad (young adult ticket) but for my youngest son (junior ticket) there’s no option for me to download it to my wallet. Has he got to set up his own account with the club to access his ticket or will it eventually be able for me to download before the season starts?

Yes, my lad has his own account - you then log onto that then download from there.
Mine has had his own email address since about 4 years old, purely for SUFC stuff.

Don't they all have customer numbers? Not sure how kids tickets work, but presumably you'd need to link all of the customer numbers with your friends and family on your account for his season ticket to be visible to you

Yeah he is linked to my account and has been for years and his ticket is showing but whereas mine and my eldest lad had the option to download the ticket his hasn’t

Probably worth dropping the ticket office an email or call. It might just not have been issued yet, but it could also be an issue with the system

I also removed my 24/25 season ticket from my wallet and replaced it with the 25/26 version. When it arrived in the post :)
