Godsufc? New Member?
New member want clicks and likes. Question will you put a paywall in when you’ve got following? We’ve got YorkBlade and Deadbat plus thousands of contributors on here not sure I can cope with more in a crowded market.

Why not just post your thoughts on here? Guaranteed feedback and comments

Just fancied doing a blog tbh mate. No need to view if you don’t want to. And no I won’t be going behind a pay wall , I’ll be doing it completely free.

Ideas for next blog: Who would you like to replace Vini?
Leave some targets down below and I’ll do some research

How you think the manager will set us up?
Lots of players being touted and lots of wingers but he doesn’t play them. Once you have a view of the formation then you can discuss where we’re short.

I think we’ll see Gus in midfield and Andre Brooks there to

In a 8 where he played in the PL (brooks) also wondering why no Sydie on the pre season pics

Yeeeeer, Peck is long gone.
So far, we're putting a hell of a lot of hope in Arblaster and Davies staying fit. Amazing pairing if they do, but its a big IF
You sure? He could of just been given a extra day of

Hello, nice to see a new blog appear - good luck with it.

I'd like to ask a question, if I may:

You say in your blog that you are "the biggest Chris Wilder fan", and you express your appreciation for what he's done for us, which, for me, is good to see, and you say that you think "we needed change", which is fair enough. You then go on to give your opinion of the new appointment, but you don't seem to explain why you think we needed change, so could I ask for your opinion on that please? I'd be interested to hear your views.

Thanks.

Hi mate,
In my opinion we needed a change, basically due to the football we played last year. I hold my hands up and say I wanted Chris to stay as he knew what we needed and think with him still here we would have kicked on next year. But in hindsight the football was worrying me last year. We would be unreal for the first 20/30 mins then we would go on to try see a 1-0 through to half time. A table I saw yesterday shows that if games started at 75 minutes we would have been 18th. I think with Selles his team on this particular table were 6th hinting his teams were fitter and stronger. I think this means the change we needed was that we can go forward and kill teams of this is why I think we needed a change this year as physicality and fitness is going to be bigger this year than it was last year

Thanks for the support mate

Thank you, it's interesting for me to hear your reasoning.

I've made no secret of the fact that I wanted CW to stay and, like you, I'll always appreciate what he has done for us. However, I do understand your reason for wanting a change, now I've read your explanation. We can only hope you're right, and that the change works out well for us.

Fingers crossed🤞.

I hope so mate! In my opinion season goes one or two ways either we start of on fire or we lose first few and it goes tits up 😭😅

An interesting piece, I enjoyed reading it. I share similar feelings regarding Wilder's departure, I am grateful for everything he's done, but the brand of football was rather stale and I thought it was best to move on. I am optimistic about the future with Selles.

I want to know your thoughts on why you see Brooks more as a midfielder than as a winger, as you said earlier in the thread. I think he's perhaps a textbook raw but talented winger, someone with loads of tricks up his sleeve but perhaps not the killers instinct in front of goal.

Well done for doing it.

I'd try to adjust it visually. Break it into more paragraphs and slightly larger bolder font. It's a bit hard going for when it's small on a smaller phone.

I think he looked impressive when he played 8 in the prem. Would like to see him in that position next season for a few games see how he plays.

Thank you mate appreciate it!
