If he’s offered more money to move to a club in a better league then it’s likely his head will be turned. Unless you believe there’s some sort of magic around BDTBL and that players who say “once a Blade, always a Blade” actually mean it and don’t just say it as a sound bite when they leave.

I think his head will only be turned by the combination of more money and/or top-flight football PLUS being No.1.
He resisted offers to go elsewhere for more money and be No.2 to come to us.

Meslier wasn’t a bad GK just made the odd howler. Just to add, didn’t Farke drop him towards the end of the season? I suppose you could then argue, had he kept him in, perhaps they wouldn’t have won the league?

Interesting that you think Cooper is better than Henderson.
One is playing regularly in the Premiership and is an England international, the other has a way to go to get to that level.

I think both are excellent keepers. Hendo has the edge purely down to experience, but Cooper has the potential to be as good if not better than Hendo.

I think, at the relative points in their careers, Cooper edges it. Today, yes Henderson is better, but I think Cooper is better balanced, with a higher ceiling.

Can’t see it. I’m a fan of Cooper but he’ll never make an England squad unless he dramatically improves his distribution.

Henderson is 5 years ahead of Cooper, was a Man Utd academy product, and is now coming into his prime. Want to compare them then when Henderson first came to us, you know before England, first team Man Utd and winning an FA cup etc...

I think last season Cooper shades, or is parity with first season with us Henderson.
 
Genuinely think the distribution argument is over played. He's not Ederson, but he's not bad either. I accept that we saw balls, particularly out the wings, that would occasionally go astray, but I'm not at all concerned about him with the ball at his feet. I couldn't say the same about Wes, for example.

He kicks the ball straight out of play, under not very much pressure, at least once every game.
 
I may be wrong here, but is his distribution the thing that people are down on? I don't think I've see anyone raise any other concerns.

I've said my piece, he's not perfect but for me, his pro's massively outweigh any con's. Without doubt, he's in the conversation with Kelly, Tracy, Kenny and Henderson. If he gives us 3 or 4 years and we see continued improvement, he's got the potential to top that list.
 
In one of the games last season, I think it was Oxford at home, he was pinging it about like Glenn Hoddle. I've never really noticed him having poor distribution. He looks very comfortable with the ball at his feet.

Personally I think he's a top keeper - the best since Henderson.

Henderson was 21 when he first played for us, Cooper was 24.
Only time will tell, but I don't think that Cooper will ever play for England, and possibly not make it as a regular premiership player.

I couldn't care less if he gets picked for England, it's Utd I'm bothered about, and I feel reassured when I see him in goal for us.

I think 'really poor' is harsh. It's probably the weakest area of his game, but he's a brilliant goalkeeper with the potential to get a lot better (hopefully with us!)
