Young, decent player who has a lot of potential to develop his already decent ability.
From the little bits I have seen, he looks comfortable and calm on the ball and happy to get a tackle in.
I might be wrong bit I also think he got Player of the year at Reading last season. I bloke that I work with is a Reading fan and his mates/family back home in the UK say good things about him.
Has worked with Selles before so will be aware of his style and expectations.
