Welcome to the forum, not entirely sure what you mean by "changing" customer number?

Sorry I was a bit vague, my age category changed so I got a new card, and with it a different customer number, need to change it for loyalty points and proper details

If you have a new number, you'd have to log into that "account" separately, if you've not created a password for it, it's usually defaulted to your postcode by the ticket office.

Also drop the ticket office an email and ask, always find them most helpful

If they issued a new card and number your account will be linked to the new number along with the loyalty points. We changed seats and got new cards and I got a new number but still logs in ok and still have same points but as said above email ticket office that are pretty good at emailing back and you have a reply in writing

Got it sorted thanks everyone, have to say communication and response times from the club are fantastic, cheers again

:)

Just want to repeat:

Got to say communication and response times from the club are fantastic :):)
