I hope I'm not repeating something that has already been posted. But I'd expect the Donkeys to win Satday.
All off a sudden IF we win against Preston we will be in touching distance of both. Only 5 points behind with 1 and 2 games in hand. I would settle for a draw at Preston, but the play-offs are becoming a little more than just a dream..

I think you said pretty much everything there.

We'll be in touching distance, they'll be touching cloth :)

Two big assumptions there, if they both are proven true its game on...

A draw would be more handy.

I am just agreeing with Clough at the moment like I have said.

Take each game as it comes and see where we end up.

If Peterborough are worried then we are doing our job right.

We keep winning teams above under more and more pressure to get a result, our pressure just to keep our run going nothing else, we were never in the running the other teams have been there or thereabouts most of season so expectation levels so much higher.
Their results don't matter so much to us as ours do to them, if we fail to get top 6 we never expected it and will be happy with mid table, which other team top 10 can say that?
Preston as I've said in other threads, is the pivotal game for us, win it we will get top 6, lose it and I personally think that particular dream is over, whichever still a fantastic turn around and bodes well for next season whichever league we are in.

i have said it elsewhere but I would prefer a draw so both teams drop 2 points
That's a fair point however don't forget we have an extra game in hand over the donkeys.
I also agree when people say we should take one game at a time. We may well finish up mid table, which is a tremendous achievement. However it's good to dream.

A draw would be ideal, but failing that an MK Dons win. We can overtake them if we win our games in hand, but Peterborough need to drop points for us to catch them.

That said, I think they are looking decidedly dodgy, as their loss to Bristol City illustrated. We just need to keep winning and I think Peterborough will shoot themselves in the foot.

Peterborough are currently winning 2-0 Assombalonga with both goals.

Peterborough are a better team than people seem to want to think, just been stupidly inconsistent. Like i said in the other thread, MK Dons have beat nobody in their recent run. Not at all surprised Peterborough won to be honest.
