Then they should wait until all can buy tickets, the problem is with our system a week or so passes before that is possible causing a last minute scramble for seats together. I get people want to sit with family and not be spread over 3 stands like we were at the Arsenal semi at Old Trafford United just make it difficult. I sat on my own at the Newcastle semi, at the Millenium stadium two of us were in the top tier the other two were lower down so I know what you mean. Not every ST ticket holder, no.
But it's obvious loads would buy tickets for the Mrs, dad, nephew etc etc etc , and want to buy them sat together.
As an example, my father in law is Wednesday fan and goes with his grandson, both ST holders. For their playoff against Barnsley, 6 of them went , other 4 never go to matches, just went for the experience and weekend.
I'm not splitting hairs, pal. The bottom tier was for home fans. I was sat on it.If you want to split hairs they had all but the Westfield corner.
By the time we do, they might be back to criticising Wilder's substitutions. We aint got to Wembley yet
It was nuts doing that to give Forest 200 more tickets.I'm not splitting hairs, pal. The bottom tier was for home fans. I was sat on it.
Wilder begging the fans to fill the stadium indicates to me he has seen the reaction of our new owners who thought they had bought a club they could take to the Premier League and keep there are now realising they've been sold a pup
Transfer targets probably being downgraded as we speak
They're not pissing off anybody thoughI assume the club don’t want to create a panic as they want to keep their most loyal customers happy aka the season ticket holders. It’s a pretty stupid way to run a business, risk pissing off your most loyal customers in the hope than someone’s neighbour might go to more than one match every few years.
Also, I’d imagine the ticket website would struggle to cope with everyone trying to buy tickets at the same time, United ain’t Ticketmaster!
The minimum points thing is getting boring now, the loyalty points system has been in place for over 20 years, there is no reason why an adult shouldn’t have at least 500 points over 20 years.
If they can’t be arsed to go to 3 or 4 matches over that length of time then they don’t really have any reason to complain about not getting a ticket.
Frankly I find it amazing that someone who clearly isn’t bothered about United would even care that they didn’t get a ticket!
They're not pissing off anybody though
There is no more than 27000 loyal fans with season tickets and loyalty points and we can take over 40,000 to Wembley
No "loyal" customer will miss out
This city, and especially Uniteds half of the city has probably the highest percentage of computer illiterate, cash only mentality people in the country, probably the world.
The type of people that complained because they had to open a bank account to get their wages paid into
The type of people that moan about places that only take card payments because they apparently can't keep track of what they're spending
If the club wants new fans or older fans to return they have to cater for the typical Sheffielder, so let them queue up with cash and their equally 1990's mates
Ee Frank, tharra rum unWilder begging the fans to fill the stadium indicates to me he has seen the reaction of our new owners who thought they had bought a club they could take to the Premier League and keep there are now realising they've been sold a pup

That's not completely true. The people who would buy on General sale aren't 'desperate to go' . There is a sizeable chunk of people who will take it or leave it depending on price and difficulty.
I'd rather we sold out , seats a seat as long as your thereAs a season ticket holder, I want priority for the big matches so I have a better chance of getting a seat in the area I want to sit at a price I want to pay.
The day trippers can wait a day or two.
Yeah I might do similar. I was meaning the point made by who I replied to , who was saying if you're desperate to go, you'll find a way regardless. That's not completely true.
I live and breath United, as some of you on here will know, but because it's Wembley I'll want to take my family with me more than go with my mates, and that means to sit together I'll have to wait until general.
You don’t half spout some shite. You think every ST holders goes to Wembley? Most don't go to Bramhall Lane.
Yet you reference Bramhall Lane? That's not completely true.

weve only taken 40k to wembley once against burnley in the 2009 play off final absolutely no chance we sell 40k for this oneThey're not pissing off anybody though

Seems you only read that part. Cool.Yet you reference Bramhall Lane?
Well, yeah. Most will. But you don't think there's times where 2 even 3 thousand don't bother?I think most go to home matches.
Surely we have more fans now than we did then!weve only taken 40k to wembley once against burnley in the 2009 play off final absolutely no chance we sell 40k for this one
I did read the bit about you living and breathing United and then ST holders not attending BL.Seems you only read that part. Cool.
Oh good.I did read the bit about you living and breathing United and then ST holders not attending BL.
You'd think so, but what did we sell for the Man City game?Surely we have more fans now than we did then!
Oh good.
You did read my point then. I'm saying not all 23k ST holders go to all the home games. They certainly won't all be going to Wembley. I'm not sure what's so offensive about that.
Oh good.

I thought you said most ST holders don’t go to the Lane though? Which was clearly shite, wasn’t it. I simply responded to the shite you had posted.Well, yeah. Most will. But you don't think there's times where 2 even 3 thousand don't bother?
