Oh dear, one of the things i hate about modern football, coloured cards and waving flags and scarves... Not really sure what this adds to the atmosphere to be fair.
Sure, but that’s a world away from holding up cards expecting that to make an atmosphere. Holding scarves aloft like at anfield or those German grounds. What next, being told to walk to the ground in a group to look like some European club?TBF I’m pretty sure that many people my age’s abiding memories of SUFC as youngsters is flares, banners, scarves at Wednesday away in the 1990s and at Wembley when we played them. Not to mention balloons in their thousands at every big game.

No it would actually be fantasticA flare for every supporter would be good
Only kidding!
Nice effort and should make for a decent spectacle. Can't wait![]()
They’re great, but English attempts at the same just look a bit wank and half baked.I love the European grounds with all the flares and drinking in the stands think it's brilliant. To many moaning twats and dogooders in this country for any of that tho.
Maybe it's a bit cheesy or old-fashioned, but I'm happy to see someone trying summat to spark some life into the crowd.
