Did anyone blnote the full lineups. Where we were we weren't able to see the screen fully. Didn't help that Gary Sinclair only seemed to (vaguely ) announce those leaving the pitch and not those joining it.
He does that for league games mate, great bloke, terrible announcer
Did it for Blackburns last sub yesterday
Cant be arsed

This was my only complaint, I'm sure he said Kieran Freeman had come back on when it was Flynn, he'd only announce one out of every 5 subs.

Didn't see James Hanson, but loved seeing the rest.

Might have played with Bash at Bolton?
He did, it says in the programme that Basham wanted him in his team. Baptiste probably got in from playing with Bash before too, rather than his few appearances under Adkins.
Was great to see current players also attending game
Probably worked well as a wind-down from the season before getting into play-off mode.

17000 is amazing. I am pretty sure I have been to league games with less at the Lane than that!

I recon they could have increased ticket sales if only they had opened the Kop. (Strange why the most lauded stand never gets opened for minor matches).

I waited until they opened more stands other than John Street. I sat in the family corner for the first time, now I have sat on every stand bar the BL lower tier. (Although that was very tempting to get a ticket there, especially in hindsight after Sharp's goals.)

Had a lot more fun than I expected. Thought it might be like testimonials I've been at in the past where you spend fifteen minutes going "Oh, he still looks alright" and then you slowly realise it's a crap game at snail's pace, but it was pretty entertaining all round and the daft antics worked well.

I found the afternoon quite emotional - from the tributes to George Baldock to the realisation that I will never feel as attached to a group of players again.

I doubt there will ever be players like Sharp and Bash who've played here so long. If we're promoted there's talk of all the players we'll need to bring in but if we aren't, it's talk of the players who will leave - I can't see it ever changing now that money rules
