Always preferred rovers. Love Bristol, spent lots of time there and had some great friendships in that time. One, explaining the city/rovers dynamic, basically gave a description of Wednesday when describing city to me. Been rovers ever since.

Wheres all the "grab a granny " adverts gone ffs very disappointing mate
As always appreciated ! always liked city for some reason, but they can't get anything against us but if they take all the points off weeds and bumley that'll do

Confident, but with good reason, they have been on a great run. Although the comments about Hull without the context are fair, with the context we had a midfield befitting if league 2 that night…..

Tough game, and a game we NEED to win to keep the pressure on Leeds Nd Burnley. Any slip up could be fatal.

I also hope Souza coming off was a precaution, as we’re a totally different team without him and or Hamer.

Aye, I’ve always got that impression.

Rovers the more down to earth club with a working class core support , City with delusions of grandeur and a desperation to be liked by fans of other clubs. Kid themselves they are known for free flowing football despite the fact they’ve been bumming around bottom end Champ/league one forever.

Strangely confident for a bang average team that are the definition of championship beige. Never go down, never go up, got to be very boring following them

Cheers Roy.
Crab industries and blocker working, but it emptied my bank account

Sadly we aren’t playing Bristol and we aren’t Sheffield either.
Looking forward to the Sheffield v Sheffield derby next week?
Kinda taking the piss matey.

They don't like being called Bristol, lile we dont sheffield and all they have done is refer to us as sheffield in the pre match view. Some double standards.

Its the same double standards that many on here call them Bristol.

Glad you are taking the piss though!

There’s only one team in Sheffield and we play in red and white stripes.

There’s only one team in Bristol that’s the Gas and they play in blue and white quarters

Thanks Roy

Thanks Roy.
Aye confident, but not obnoxious, maybe the perennial moaners on here could take a leaf out of their book...

Must be just me that doesn’t mind being called Sheffield. I’ve always taken it as a compliment as in “oh, is there another team in Sheffield?”

Many years ago at a night match I recall Bristol (who were going down) were so bad their fans were in upper tier shuffling like crabs from side to side singing “we’re shit and we know it”, “if we touch the ball we’re on the pitch” etc. was hilarious.

Oh wow we have the same view then!

The Ad requesting help for homeless folk living under bridges is a shameless plug

I try not to let it get to me either, as I feel the more we kick off about it the more people and pundits call it us, they must do it on purpose.

My memory isn't great but I'm sure we never used to be called it, even going back just 10/15 years. But it seems to be more of a thing now, especially now how some people go off about it.

How am I going to find horny housewives in my area now?

I don’t really like these for the simple fact of that abomination they called a kit, the Purple kit they’ve played in at the lane a few times, like they’ve forgot their real kit and bought 11 shirts from Sugg Sports!

Cheers Roy!
