Also, we did fuck all to counteract their goal for 1-1.

Was a great opening 30, slow for the rest of the half but after that we really didn't do anything of note.

The composure went, the pressing went and we decided to let Meslier off the hook. That last point in particular is unforgivable, because he's fucking crap.

Yeah but wilder is loads better than farke, wouldn't have anyone else manage us because farke has long hair is foreign and sounds camp, and isn't a blade doesn't matter about anything else that's how it works forget statistics has farke ever stood on kop or had a peroni on London Road, that's what u need on a CV

Some fair points and completely agree about Meslier. He was there for the taking tonight.

But I think we looked like the best team for spells in the 2nd half too before they equalised. We had them pinned back but just couldn't create that big chance to finish the off.

Sadly they had us on toast every time they attacked down the wings later on.

Frustrating, but if we perform like that from here on in, I think we'll beat most teams.

All the talk of beating most teams based on that, we still created minimal...

I think we looked the better team for most of the half in both halves. Definitely created less second half than the first but we also looked very comfortable until we weren't.

We don't win comfortably too often. What we do do is pinch games having served up crap for the majority of the game.

Wilder £21m Brewster, £18m McBurnie, £10m Cannon.

If we stay in the EFL or fluke it into the EPL remove Wilder either way.

Annoying because they were there for the taking until we took our foot off their throat. Entirely avoidable.
I bet clueless fans of all the clubs they've beaten have said the same thing - did Sunderland do the same or is maybe something else going on?

Wilder virtually bummed them in the presser before the game, this is not tactical, it's weakness.

What's he supposed to say about Leeds when asked? If he plays down their strengths he probably gets stick for that too.

Incidentally, by your logic it seems that Farke was bumming us in his pre match interview as well. He said to get promoted they needed to beat the best and coming to the Lane was one occasion where that needed to happen.

Leeds have a great defence, keeper aside. Most other teams don't.

We are second in the division, we basically were joint top with them before tonight. Have some shame 😂

Stop talking us down, he never used to do this. It's not tactical, his bottle has diminished.
He's become negative and this is why we will fail as opposed to 2019 when he buzzed about us and played without fear.
I'd rather a positive outlook than a negative one, it's not kidology it's a trait that he has developed.

It’s a sham we didn’t have Slav in charge with the new owners. Look wilder he done an amazing job but he never wants to finish teams off it’s so frustrating

I think we are second on merit and Wilder's done a fantastic job all in all.

Today was odd and a case of overthinking. I don't think he didn't 'want' to finish them off, but we became a bit passive and lost momentum very easily.

The Davies sub was fucking strange.

Sometimes teams are just better than us though. They have bigger budgets, better players, better staff.

We don't need to scramble around for one of own to blame as though it must be a mistake we've made, sometimes you just get beat. That you think his pre-match presser is responsible is just silly. Did the players look scared or in awe of Leeds when they came out? What makes you think it had any impact besides you don't like to hear it?

How to make a Pig's ear from the purse of a sow.
1. With 2 midfielders already on the bench why did we need Choudry on there as well. Never going to change you tne game, he was surplus & as we saw hardly fits in a back 4. Why the flying f##k didn't we have perfectly good cover at right back or use the sub left back?? or even Tom Davis. Better still realise Choudry was surplus to requirement and put you best right back on the bench.
2. The front 3 were still looking dangerous in the 2nd half and didn't appear like they were struggling. Answer bring'em off for your £13million man who has so far looked Brewsteresque in his ability to never look like scoring.
3. absolutely criminal and unforgiveable: At 1 - 1 and with minutes to go, WHY OH WHY have we not got 2 strikers nready to go if the worst happens, as it did. Moore and Brewster should have been on within seconds for anybody. Wilder had 2 minutes while they celebrated and afurther 2 or 3 before trhe 3rd goal until he did owt. 5 mins at 2 - down and nothing. WTF??? I am so pi55ed off. Should have continued with the same intensity as 1st half but 'See it Out' Wilder went early today.' trying bto shut up shop like Sunderland tried!!

Alfy Gilchrist should give Sheffield United the middle finger, I would certainly feel aggrieved. Clarke has yet to show me he's as good.

Promises made PROMISES KEPT, he' got to find a way to play his signings!! By the way did anybody else notice how good Souza was again without the litte long haired crab at the side of him???

Burnley don’t concede goals, let alone stupid goals. We’ll see what happen…
