We've given opposition right backs the afternoon off for most of the season, now they'll have something to think about.

Hopefully it'll mean they can't "tuck inside" any more and it'll create more gaps for Hamer, Campbell and O'Hare etc to exploit
Yeah definitely. Seem play to right or more narrow. Only time is when burrows bombs forward. With him and burrow down left should be a great way to attack. Definitely give the like of ohare and hamer the space, with that creates another threat and gives the opposition something else to think about.

BBD is not the solution, he is the start of the solution.

Our rivals have quality (at this level) running through the squad.

We can’t put a quality team out in EVERY position at the moment.

BBD is a great start but tread careful Uncle Sam with the other signings we need $$$$ to back the squad. If Wilder is expected to buy cheap and work miracles it won’t work.

He’s whipping the pedigree players we have got and kids to the limit to get results (and doing a bloody good job even though I’m not a long term fan) but that strategy is not sustainable IF we get promoted.

Hopefully Wilder+Taylor (if Taylor is still involved cause I don’t trust Wilder individual judgement at times) can identify the right targets but they need the boards backing.

Wilder said talks were incredibly positive, he seems to have an emotional level of positivity above his usual grind out results attitude. My guess is we will know a lot more come the FA cup game with new recruits being played for match fitness and targets identified/signed by Norwich.

Yesterday was one of the most significant results in my 65+ years supporting the Blades. After 1/9 I felt our season was doomed to playoffs at best. Now, after the performance of many seasons I’m hoping again.

Agree with all of that. Wilder seems like he knows there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, it fact very confident about it. Regarding money, I can’t imagine BBD is on peanut’s so a player of his calibre on good money should signify what type of budget Wilder has got to work with. Confidence will be high after yesterday’s performance, one that’ll certainly remember because the odds and everything else was against us. The signings will only serve to boost morale further. UTB!!

Hopefully, we might be able to get the best out of Burrows left foot on the over lap too

People talk about a statement signing … BBD would be a statement signing … great lpayer for this level …

Can also play multiple positions which is an added bonus.

Add in a x 2 midfielder, defender, and a striker and that’s the best possible window we could hope for …

Minimum is a midfielder, CB and striker

Loan is nice but a permanent would be better, obviously. If we go up and Saints go down, would that mean his price goes up or down or stay the same?

I assume we may just offer to pay them what they paid for him.

If we got him then there could be a case for McBamby coming back. Without him I wouldn’t want McB
mcburnie not in las palmas squad today 56 and think thats slightly ominous i dont want him back for me its a step backwards but i do think we need another striker to come in as well as brereton brewster and one are not going to get the goals we need to get top 2

Is it possible.......... that we're planning to score 3 goals in a single game again, after the accident v Oxford?

The Great Diaz will see us put teams to bed, and tuck them in nice and tight. In fact I can envisage up to two 3 goal exhibitions between now and May - hopefully one being at Hillsborough

You're nearly a laugh, but you're really a cry.

Cheer up, mate!

If anything PA selling the club has given him freedom not to.
He's just asking to get abuse. I obviously don't encourage that, but he will only have himself to blame at this point. The obsession with internet attention is something.

I'd like to think we'll commit to a permanent signing whether we go up or not, and that he'd also be willing to sign. SUFC is a perfect fit/level for him. Would be a very important signing at either level, ensuring a good minimum level of athleticism, work rate and ability in attack for the duration of his time here

Good signing. Not sure you can call one of the top Championship teams loaning a reserve attacker/attacker who played for the worst team in the EPL two seasons running a statement signing though!
