He wasn’t good today and not worth another contract. But right now we’re not in a position to release. He wasn’t the worse player on the pitch today for me, he wasn’t far off but the full backs were awful & Hamer/ O’hare offered less than Brewster most of the game

I thought Brewster was very good first half. Worked hard, linked the play well, often available.

Second half he disappeared, but I didn't really notice Hamer or O'Hare either.

The singling out of Brewster is bizarre to me. He's what we have and he'll be here until his contract finishes in the Summer.
There's very little point in all the over analysing every performance.

They put in a lot of effort, but I struggle to recall any attacking contributions they made that surpassed what Brewster offered.

Brewster managed to win a few headers, disrupt some opposing attacks, and delivered a couple of decent crosses.

He may not have been the standout player on the pitch, but I certainly don't believe he was the worst either & not worthwhile releasing in January

I thought we took him out of the game in the first half as we were constantly looking for Burrows and Hamer down the left. Second half I thought he was poor. I couldn't tell if he was playing out wide, alongside Moore, behind Moore. Wherever he was he wasn't getting involved.

He's not a striker either. I struggle to think of any time in the last 4 and a half years where he has done this to any effect. Three different managers have failed to make him look like a competent footballer.

He made a couple of good runs today but the pass to him was woefully misplaced. The only time we have looked decent up front this year was when Moore had Campbell alongside him.

If that really is true then it says lots about what Wilder thinks of Andre Brooks, or how poor Brooks might be in training.

There were a few through balls overhit not just from Brewster although I did groan at that one. At least 4 or 5 through balls overhit, the player gets on the end of them who knows what the score would have been. We seem to have this inability to pace the through ball correctly.

He did more than Hamer. Who always evades criticism. Compared to Mejbri for example today he was absolutely pathetic

Brewster is contributing more than expected. He's a decent player. Just fucked up 2 important passes today
