You and others keep repeating this line, judge when two transfer windows, but where do you think the money will come for these glory transfer windows? It ain't there. Pie in sky to think otherwise. In the meantime, someone has to get the team better.

The guys been dealt a shite hand. Players have come in who haven't performed as expected and he arguably has lost (or never had) 2 of his most important players in Sander Berge and JOC. Were could we be in the league with these 2 players available for selection?

I do think the squad is in need of a serious over haul. No matter what happens this season.

As someone else mentioned, we need to keep the likes of Ndiaye and DJ and jettison the dead wood. I would say minimum 3 or 4 windows to build again.

Agree that it is way too early to think about getting rid of Slav, but if your analysis is right, he hasn’t convinced me that he’s the man who can motivate and get the best out of these players.If it gets no better, by the end of the season, we have a difficult decision to make then.

yeah most on here that are saying we have to stick with slav are assuming we can offload our deadwood in january but i dont think thats going to be easy in which case we may need to bring somebody in who can motivate this set of underachieving players

I’m slav in - if norwood, fleck and stevens outlast slav then there’s a serious issue at the club. But I think he’s lost his way already.

What the fuck is that lineup? A keeper, 4 midfielders and 2 strikers on the bench, while the chuckle brothers start again. Brewster and sharp in and out of the team completely randomly.
