Hamer has been playing that role most of the season.

I can't imagine him being dropped, so one of Arblaster or O'Hare probably comes out of the team.

For me, I'd have Hamer in the O'Hare role and O'Hare on the bench.

But CW has tinkered so much this season (which has surprised me) so it would be a game by game basis anyway.

I suspect it's more that if Wilson goes to Southampton, BBD will be (even more so) surplus to requirements, which could increase our chances of getting him in January.

Waving the white flag before he’s even got going in his new job is something I highly doubt.

BBD wasn’t even in the squad in their last game, I doubt he’s willing to put his career on hold so he can help Southampton next season if they’re relegated.

I’m probably going to believe Hal on this one.
