Keeping an eye on Des Buckingham at Oxford who has an interesting back story including starting out as a coach at Oxford under Wilder.
First time I saw his team was getting hammered by Bolton and they looked abject,but he turned it around and looks to have hit the ground running this season .
They play some decent football in the now modern high press tactic and players who fit the system,think he is on the path a few of these young coaches are taking towards the PL, interviews well and knows what his backroom staff can give him to back up his style.

To be fair we were in the same position with Slav until Hecky took over and got us going. Theyve got a decent squad, it might be a case they need someone new in charge
