We were already top. We went too when we beat Brighton 5-4 in the 4th game and we stayed top until we drew at Port Vale in December. We were second for the rest of the season save for one game, when we dropped to third after the defeat at Leeds.

Oh yes, you're right. I was surprised we were top after Brighton and surprised we remained top after the Hull draw.

As ever, I was looking forward to reading Roy's hard work, but all I can seem to get is this when I click on it.

Something going wrong with the permalinks from my side. Trying things out to sort it but takes time to know what the culprit is. Took me about 2 weeks last time to get it to function properly. Technology is shite

They have Hull at £63.68m
If you valued us at what the players cost, this may paint a different picture. Maybe not though as we lost a lot of players this summer that we paid money for: McBurnie, Norwood, Egan etc.
