And bring back hoofball that everybody "loved" so much

Straight out of Pinchy's notebook!

Would that be the hoof that excited so much under Warnock, or the hoof that bored so much under Blackwell?

Generalisations are dangerous. Let's stick to facts, such as Weir being a totally wank manager.

Hoofball that was succesful for both managers.. Everybody wanted Blackwell out and he went. Since that day in 2010 we have gone down hill and that's not coincidental.

I wasn't questioning thast bit. I was suggesting that you shouldn't fall into Pinchy's trap of defining football in terms of that which Real Madrid (and apparently us now, wibble) play, and that which then Crazy gang play.

Even "hoof" can be done in several ways. And even the "successful" types of "hoof" can then be divided into exciting (Warnock) or dreary (Blackwell).

Are you saying sacking Blackwell was wrong? Our HUGE problem ever since Warnock has left is to find a manager who is capable of replacing players we sell. Blackwell did well with players already at the club, however when it came to replacing players he was useless. Adams came in and royally fucked it up and couldn't handle the egos. Ward and Britton should not have been allowed to leave until the end of the season. Adams brought in Doyle and Collins who are fucking spineless wankers. Wilson to his credit came in and managed to get a team out of nowhere, however when Wilson didn't get promotion (something he is not known for) we suddenly replaced half a team with wankers and still had Collins and Doyle still there. Weir is the first to actually sign players that should be fucking great yet can't play them well or in their correct position. These are the best signings we have made in years, young up and coming players, unfortunately Weir can't get it right.

Seems to me that, barring a Coventry calamity, #sufc to give Weir through to home game next wk. Nagging thought: Also buys club time to act?

Tony Pulis will not take the job I would look at likes of Nigel Clough.
