I know it's another poll but lets see opinions again after the poor showing last night.

We always used to say give a new coach 10 games how many more shall we give him?

I see the drunks are up early this morning !
Who voted give him more time or until Xmas ? FFS we will be down by then, we are last seasons Hartlepool or Bury the only difference being they finished on 41pts we are on course to finish with less than 25pts

This made me laugh.....you have to or you would cry. Agree with you though.

I´m not voting on this being an outsider and such but did or didn´t Weir change tactics at HT yesterday?
I mean, was it a game of two halfs or just plain bad altogether?

I was prepared to give DW more time after slight improving first half performances against Wolves and Preston, but after last night's pathetic performance his time is up.

Shouldn't we give him a bit more time to experiment with the newfangled 4-4-2 system that he discovered in the second half last night? Apparently (I didn't go) we were much better after putting two up top?

It makes you wonder whether to laugh or cry. 442 - No shit Sherlock. If he'd have switched at Rotherham away he might have learned something and have a bit more time.

They don't put in 90 minutes they show up for either 1st or 2nd half take your pick.
Not good enough look at that table it is sickening!
Oh well we did have a good second half ,at home ?Come on !

Why does it need 10 games for him to stumble on 442 when things don't work. Personally I don't think it's anything to do with formations, just more on players wanting to get forward. I want to see him push baxter next to King because that will be another career we ruin at this rate

We had adequate second half no especially goood, a good second half would have involved us running out winners against frankly a very very average Div 1 side in Crawley. We went from being very very poor, to poor.

Er, I don't know. Ask him. But now he's finally realised what we all knew already, why fire him? Why not wait and see if we don't shoot up the league table? A new manager is only going to play 4-4-2 anyway.

Depends if you have the confidence he will go with 4-4-2 from now on

I will bare my arse on the town hall steps if we change to 442 as a rule. He's dug in too far, unfortunately.

It looked a bit strange, not a normal 4-4-2. Maybe Weir would describe it as a diamond, where Coady pulled in more central than Brandy.

"Poor performance?" We were a coat of paint on the inside of the post away from a 2-1 victory. We've got the worst form in the country, and we came from behind to grab our first point in weeks against a side who've started really well. You're all so bloody miserable. Y'know if Weir ends up winning games I can't wait to see you all call him the next Ferguson when we climb up the table.

I genuinely can't decide if you are being ironic. We should be happy because we nearly won at home to Crawley?

Surely that is ironic. Isn't it?

It's 'Expectations management'.

It was only 6 years ago that we were pissed off because Paddy had a moment of madness and deprived us of a win over Everton and that a defeat at home to Newcastle was seen as very disappointing.

Now, we should be ecstatic because we didn't lose at home to Crawley. Happy days are here again.

Ideed. I got in from the pub on Friday, switched on the tele, saw the result having last seen the score when we were 1-0 down and thought "Oh, we did alright in the end". Then I realised that I'd had that thought about a Sheffield United team at the bottom of the Third Division coming from behind to draw at home with Crawley.

Yes, us Blades fans are so demanding.

When you organise a proper poll instead of using phrases, and I quote

'I'm as deluded as Weir, He will sort it; no problem'

Then perhaps you will get a proper response.
