The worry is we’ve had 13 leave the squad. Then with Bogle & Traore leaving that’ll be 15. We’ve brought in 4 players - I honestly don’t care about Bogle & Traore leaving, to be honest I’d rather us sell them than the others and I don’t think we need to replace the numbers like for like but we’re less than 3 weeks away and we need 7-8 players at least. I’m not sure that’s doable with or without a takeover.

I stupidly didn’t think we’d fuck another summer up, but we’re on course to.

Surely you should look at what we have and then decide what we need. Just looking at numbers doesn’t give the true picture.
We also need to see which of the youngsters will be ok in this league. I think we only need another 4 decent players.

How can you tell until they have completed pre season training and then competed in the Championship. Brookes and Osula clearly are ready along with Arblaster and I wouldn’t rule out another two or three.

Judging by the size of him I don’t think the adult game suits him. I’ve seen sturdier pipe-cleaner figures.

Pretty laughable signing for the Premier League in hindsight (not that I expected much with foresight either).

Wilder's Premier League signings often get called out, but Heckingbottom gets off lightly for me. Hamer aside, those signings last summer were a joke.

Staggering that it’s now two clubs have paid fees in the millions for him. Yes he might be able to trap a ball, and run slightly quick, but is more suited to U/18’s then men’s football such was his impact on games.

He must have the best agent in football.
