Every season when we have a loanee from a Prem club we have to endure the fannies crying about him getting recalled in January after every decent game

Agree…..it’s very unlikely they’ll recall him in January. It would only be if they have serious injury problems and Saki is playing so well they think he’ll be a success at PL level.

Also they would tell us at the beginning of the window giving us time to bring in a replacement. In fact we’ll already have replacements lined up just in case he’s recalled. It’s not ideal but won’t be a disaster.

Agreed on this. If he was a success and he did go back in Jan, I would hope that our new owners have some wonga to chuck at reinforcements

Why would it worry anyone? If by some strange reason he is recalled in January, we get a substantial loan payment lump sum rebate and we then go out shopping and try and pick up another player.

Have a bit more faith in CW and his team. When he has the but between his teeth and wants to prove a good few people wrong, he seems to go up a level and become a very good football manager. The reason I was desperate for him to stay for the rebuild as it was needed a d importantly, he knew it (unlike some new geezer who would have come in and thought 'ill give some of these a clean slate for a new contract').

In all likelihood he will be here (JRS) for the season and will produce for us, but if not, back our manager to get it fixed.

That worries me slightly too if honest! If he does well then palace may recall him. It's probably more likely they'll only recall him if he's not playing enough

Palace under their new manager have done well so hopefully they'll not require him back in January.

Conversely if he flops they’ll leave him here

I'm happy to sign the lad but if he sets the Championship on fire, and Palace recalled him in Jan then no I wouldn't be happy, you obviously would. Do you always revert to insults with people that have a different opinion to yourself ?

You wouldn't be happy? You sound as though this is something out of the ordinary and something that you have influence over. It's not and you don't. I don't get why people waste their energy on stuff like this, seems like a strange thing to get wound up about

Seen a few of their fans raving about him pre-season, some suggesting he's not far off of Olise level (exciting for us even for 6 months)

And you never know, we might actually have wealthy new owners by then that might make Palace 'a too good to turn down offer' for a permanent transfer.

Kyle walker is the only one I remember. I remember something about McCabe being a twat though so spurs waited until near the end of the window to recall him to screw him over.

Might be a tad off but I think that's the general gist of it.
