I'm disappointed with this as we all are. If we go onto sell Souza and/or Anel in particular.

I get the Jebbo one but Osula could be a huge asset in a season or so and £10m is peanuts. Very short sighted but guess it shows that we need the money for other areas and loans will come in for some of them.

Unfortunately, he's a player that is also perennially injured. I'd like to see him back on loan with an option to buy, he rips up championship like we all know he can do, but he is injured too often for him to be consistently excellent anymore.

Why is it crazy to sell a striker that’s never scored a league goal for us and would be starting the season as 3rd choice for £10m? Huge gamble for Newcastle if he goes. Good business for us

Obviously it depends on the incomings. If the players come in and get us up then it's a success just like when we sold Brooks and built a promotion winning side. I'd say Brooks was more of a key member of our side than Osula was too even with his injuries and illness limiting his game time he made a bigger impact

So long as the money is used for cooper,2 "good" centre halves and a attacking midfielder I'll be happy, and yes I know buying these will be a stretch but 4 decent loans on top will set us up till January, we need quality not quantity and have faith in some of the young lads to step up and fill the gaps where needed
Up to now the rebuild has been positive it's been mentioned on here before the one thing CW is good at is building on a budget !!!
Who knows maybe the 2 young lads hackford and marsh are ready ??

But hope its one of them that goes through quick like Bogle now it's probably happening so we can get the 2 or 3 names through we've been after. Hope we take a punt on someone like that Dembele etc for a couple of million to try and fill the void instead of a loan. Hopefully One and Marsh are ready to step up too
