All the ITK want to be's saying that we are discarding the 3-5-2 for a continuation of the disaster of 4-3-3 with Diaz and McAtee wasted out 'wide' on their wrong foot rather as a central two and yet we sign TWO LWB's?
Make it make sense.
ps I AM in favour of two WB's on each side in a 3-5-2 if they are your best players on those sides. Or you play Arsenal whose main danger(apart from pacy inswinging corners) is two wingers,
eg Baldock Bogle and RND/Lowe Osborne as last year.

I think the Prince has made some pretty big mistakes, not ones others have had a go at him about but I have seen flaws.

What I don't like is when people make him out to be dishonest, as far as I can see he is absolutely a man of his word, he set out a plan for us if we were relegated, he said we would look to buy younger players from across europe (and lower divisions) that we could make profit on and we'd have to get rid of older players on bigger wages.

Whilst I don’t agree with your ongoing pessimistic stance towards everything our club does, I do applaud your effort in spelling “want to bes” out in full rather than going for the rather vulgar shortening of “wannabes”. Nowadays I rarely get excited about signings or do much research before players sign for us. So many rumours and nonsense nowadays, never thought I’d hark back to print media rumours from ITK journalists.

But looking at this lad, he’s the right age for further development, take himself to the next level.

His skill set seems to fit the bill - likes to get forward, puts decent crosses in. The latter is Something we’ve struggled at down both flanks. It takes pressure off RND to rush back… or give him a bigger contract.

McCallum, I understand is also young and left sided.

So we’ve lost Lowe (27) and Osborne (29) and replaced with younger players, Burrows in particular comes with a very good League one pedigree.

Positive spin on this for me. I think we have wheeled and dealed quite well here.

And it’s never a bad thing when the deal is done publicly on good terms (X love in between Prince and P’boro owner/ chairman)

Norwich fans said he was capable of playing on the wing or even as a number 10 as he’s got a great touch and dribbling ability.

There’s a chance we could line up with both Burrows and McCallum and let them rotate roles throughout been as they’ve both played in a few positions.

Wilder loves fluid positioning and overloads after all.
